This is something I've been working on in spare moments. I often have to deal with obscure file formats, and I find it helps to have a route-map to navigate a path through the various apps and translation utilities to get what I've got into the particular application that can do the analysis I need.
Just a few things to note: I'm providing this on a Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. Also, it's incomplete, so if anyone has more (correct) information, please let me know and I'll update it.

Thanks, Skye. Great wiki, btw. I didn't know there were so many xml-based network formats.
I'm going to update this diagram to accommodate the extra formats I found on the wiki, but probably not until after the Sunbelt conference - too much to do!
